PTR Properties was established in 2004, under PYT's mission to provide Filipinos with economical sources of food (GT Fish Farms), clothing (Moose Gear), and a good home (PTR) - the basic necessities of human life!
Truly a man dedicated to his own trade, PYT is not done yet! Even after the successes of its first two condominiums (The Fifth and Grand 21), PTR Properties is still expanding and reaching for new heights!
