Altering the perception of condominium living

CONDOMINIUM LIVING can sometimes be labeled inconvenient for those looking for a permanent residence. Aside from the possibility of being situated so high-up in a building, several floors away from the ease of lifestyle hubs located on the ground floor, one also needs to adjust to the often cramped spaces offered in many condo projects.

PTR Properties Inc, a rising property developer in Manila, aims to address this need with various condominium projects that are set to alter the way people perceive condominium living. For one, most PTR projects are mid-rise condominiums, buildings constructed to rise in no more than 10 floors. The set-up allows for a more intimate, and exclusive way of life.

"A low-density building is what we believe to be the key of living in an ideal environment. People living in a mid-rise development won't feel as stifled compared to those living in high-rise projects. It's easy for our clients to interact with their neighbors, but still they retain that sense of exclusivity and privacy," said Peter Ty, PTR's chief executive officer.

Aside from the convenience of a low-rise building, all of PTR Properties' projects are located in the suburban community of Kapitolyo in Pasig. Barangay Kapitolyo has been known for years as one of the safest and most convenient locations in urban Manila. Aside from being strategically located near major business hubs and key locations, Kapitolyo has nurtured its reputation of being a harmonious place perfect for both yuppies and start up families.

PTR has also prided itself when it comes to delivering projects on time. Their first endeavor, Grand 21 Place, was constructed first before they began selling units. Which is why for their next project, The Fifth at Rafael, it became easy for PTR to promote their project, selling out all units in record time. The third project, One Capitol, was also conceptualized to make a bolder statement for the company. One Capitol is a 10-story building with 114 residential units ranging from studio, one-bedroom and penthouse homes.

To address the problem of limited space in a condo lifestyle, buyers have the option of limited space in a condo lifestyle, buyers have the option of buying two units and combining them to be converted as one home. Units come complete with fully-tiled floors, granite countertops with overhead cabinets for the kitchen, and fully-finished bathroom, finished at par, if not better than other big and more expensive developments. A 24-hour security service will make sure future homeowners will have peace of mind when it comes to the safety of their own homes. The top floor will have Zen garden where residents can relax after a long day at work.

With PTR Properties' easy payment scheme and affordable unit prices, owning a home will be a breeze. For OFWs, the company also has a property management team who can accommodate owners who wish to rent out their place while being away from the country - an investment one should truly take advantage!
