Mr. Peter Ty (CEO/President) and Engr. Wilfredo Pico (Project Manager) of PTR Properties met with Mr. Pablito Freo (President) of Power Loops, Inc. and Ms. Nory Resuma (Marketing Manager) of Avangard Marketing Corp. for the contract signing of electrical works for PTR's latest venture, Two Seven Residences, last September 30, 2010 at the main office in Shaw Blvd.
Two Seven Residences is set to rise 10 storeys in Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Building features include two-level basement parking, a garden deck with an infinity pool, and a multipurpose hall. Units will be available in standard studio (15 sqm), deluxe studio (23 sqm), one bedroom (29 sqm), merged (30 to 40 sqm), two bedroom merged (40 to 60 sqm) and two bedroom penthouse (starting at 58 sqm).
